0.9.2 update for Linux users

The source package for 0.9.2 has just been updated with two compilation fixes for Linux users. The first fix the compilation on 64 bits systems. The second fix the compilation when using –enable-osmesa and a recent osmesa. If you’re not a Linux user, not using a 64 bits system or not interested in testing osmesa, you can safely ignore this release.

Any place (or need) to report changed compatibility?

Marvel Trading Card Game (U) does not get only a blank screen as the list says. However there are lots of graphical glitches, disappearing menu buttons, slightly different fonts, things ending up on the wrong screen and such.

@Hellfish, the best polace to report bugs is in the sourceforge bugtracker for desmume, over at : http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=164579&atid=832291

elgeneralmidi: when are you going to release Jaunty DEBs? Using the Hardy one in the meantime, thanks for making them. :)

I have a suggestion for the emulator. In fact, I have two:

Fullscreen mode – try to take up the most screen estate in a screen resolution that works best for the NDS. Like 640×480. No more outside interference/annoyance, and a nice big display!

Mouse locking – lock the mouse pointer inside the bottom screen. This is useful for games where Rhythm Heaven, where “flicking” would otherwise be pretty difficult to do because your mouse pointer goes all over the place. This could be automatically enabled for fullscreen mode.

Keep up the great work! :)

    Third comment in a row…

Question: how to use a BIOS in desmume-glade? There doesn’t seem to be a .desmume in my home dir nor a setting in the program itself…

  11. Loïc says:

DaVince, packages for Jaunty/Intrepid/Hardy should be available on http://www.getdeb.net soon.

  12. Sillica says:

It works perfectly for a few secs but then it slows down waaaaaay 2 much, i have a 10.5.5, so i dont know why this happens! any solutions?

  13. shash says:

Sillica: If you’re discussing the Mac port, you’re on the wrong post.

  14. Natanael L says:

Yay! Love you guys that are making .deb’s for the rest of us!
